„Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Zimmer ebenfalls geräumig. Es liegt unweit von einigen Restaurants sowie dem Olivenpark entfernt. Der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde organisiert und konnte im Hotel beglichen werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Die Kolleg*innen von der Rezeption waren größtenteils kompetent und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten kostenfrei am Tag unserer Abreise im Zimmer bleiben, was wirklich sehr großzügig war.

Das Personal im Restaurant war teilweise sehr unkompetent für ein so gutes Hotel und das Englisch war auch eher schlecht. Der Starter kam mit dem Hauptgang zusammen. Meine Frau hatte anlässlich meines Geburtstags bereits mehrere Wochen im Voraus einen Kuchen bestellt, was eigentlich eine Überraschung sein sollte. Sie musste 3 mal nachfragen, bevor dieser endlich auf das Zimmer geliefert wurde, aber die Überraschung war dann natürlich nicht mehr so groß. Immerhin ging er auf das Haus. In der Bar des Hotels wurden wir nicht gerade freundlich empfangen. Guter Service ist wirklich etwas anderes. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kingsizebett. Das Bett war allerdings eher Queensize.

A pleasant stay in Lima

It was our first stop for our trip to Peru. The hotel facilities and service was very good, specially the breakfast was excellent, top quality. We got our room free upgraded and thanks for the free Pisco sour at rooftop bar. We enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again.

The lights in the room could be more brighter.

Honor to its name: central location, superb service

Breakfast was great. It offered a lot of options. Rooms were comfortable and one of the best beds I have slept in in a a while. Location was quite convenient, near restaurants and main roads. All the staff were cordial and well trained. Highly recommended.

There was a construction site nearby, although it’s not under the hotel’s control it was a bit noisy early in the morning but nothing terrible.

Comfortable hotel in nice location

Location is great in the best district of Lima in San Isidro . Breakfast and restaurant is delicious .

Location, room, OK breakfast.

Unprofessional staff at the desk, poor English for five star hotel. I needed to repeat twice that the breakfast was included in my booking. In the meantime, I had really unpleasent situation with the restoran staff who was following me to charge the breakfast which situation was a result of the lack of communication between staff.

It is a nice hotel, but the customer service needs to improve

The room was spacious and soundproof, and the bed was comfortable. It is in a very good location in San Isidro, but it is an area of offices and private residences, so not much options of eating out around in the evening, at least by walking distance.

There was no main light on the room ceiling, we had to rely on the lamps, so the overall light mood is dim. Also, we had an issue with the reception: we used a card for the guarantee but wanted to pay with another one. The reception told us they would have to make a "symbolic charge to validate" the first card before cancelling (first time in my life that a hotel has asked me) but we didn't want to make any charge because of expensive bank fees for overseas operations. A reception manager appeared and tried to solve the issue, but she was aggressive in her way of communicating. In the end, they had to request the cancellation of the guarantee via phone with the card provider. This whole charade cost us a solid 30-minutes and almost made us lose our transportation.
